Staffordshire police are appealing for witnesses regarding the attempted theft of an ATM machine inside the co-op in Tame Valley Industrial Estate, on the 4th November.
It has been reported that three offenders had used straps and ropes in hope of pulling the machine out of the store while using an angle-grinder to release it from the floor.
However, their attempts were unsuccessful.
All the information the police have on the suspects is that they were 3 men all dressed in black.
Officers carried out an investigation straight away, with an in-depth search of the area looking for evidence and the culprits, but were unsuccessful.
If anyone has any information on this incident or may have an idea on who these offenders are, they are asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident 845 of November 4.
